Continued Mat Pilates Exercise Improve Basal Physical Fitness, Core Stability and Back Pain in Healthy College Female

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects 8 weeks mat Pilates exercise on back pain, muscle mass, isokinetic function, and core stability in healthy college female.METHODS: Twenty females (aged 21.7±2.5 years) were recruited for study. participants divided into two groups: group (MP, n=10) non-Pilates control (CON, n=10). MP participated program 60 minutes a day, 3 days per week weeks. Back pain basal physical fitness assessed before after experimental period. Left right stabilities at 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180° measured using Centaur (BFMC, Germany). Isokinetic function (60°/s) both knee trunk also dynamometer Cybex.RESULTS: After weeks, there significant interaction between CON groups during daily activity lower stiffness (<i>p</i><.05), respectively. There left (<i>p</i><.05, <i>p</i><.01, <i>p</i><.001), Additionally, extensor strength <i>p</i><.001, respectively). However, no flexor (NS). interactions mass total body, trunk, legs (NS), Regarding basic fitness, cardiovascular sagittal reach, sit-ups (<i>p</i><.05).CONCLUSIONS: These results suggest that continued can improve with enhancement leg independent legs.
